We are so happy that we choose Dylan as our realtor. We moved out of state,1000 miles away, before our house listed. Dylan was our life line through all aspects of the sale and we couldn't have asked for anyone better! Our house was off the market in under a week of listing, it took a bit longer to close but that was out of his control due to set backs installing the new septic system (which did eventually get done.
We are truly grateful for having Dylan on our side and for his guidance through the entire process. His knowledge and experience is apparent in every aspect of his work and this was so important as we were so far away. Stephanie Pandiscio did a great job of explaining the home selling process to me. She was excellent at communicating and always prompt in returning my phone calls/texts whenever I had a question or concern.
