Dylan went above and beyond in helping us sell our home. We had already moved out of the area, and he helped coordinate professional cleaning to showcase it well, and used his own time and resources to help mitigate the pet smells left behind. He spent time seeking feedback from those who didn't put in offers so we could best position the property for the market. He made solid recommendations and got us a great offer. It was as low-stress as a long distance sale could be, and his knowledge of the local market made us so confident in his suggestions. We were in great hands!

My wife and I just closed on our very first house thanks to Mary Condon. She was recommended to us by a family friend after we had a negative experience with another realty company. I reached out to her and from the jump she was so personable, kind, and hilarious. She always got us set up with multiple showings each week and weekend. She also had so much insider knowledge of the towns we were looking in. Christina Sargent was an excellent communicator from the start. She explained the entire process of selling the property clearly and honestly. This was a complicated property and Christina helped me navigate the different options and approaches I could take to sell it. She was also quick to respond to any questions and was easily accessible by phone as well as in person. She was honest and helpful in how to negotiate the different offers we had explaining both the pros and cons of each one. I felt confident through out the entire process that Christina had my best interests at heart and did everything to make sure I had the best possible outcome.

Stephanie Pandiscio was instrumental in helping us find and purchase our new home in New Salem, Massachusetts.
